We accept reservations from any person(s) over the age of 25. We offer a family focused environment. Please do not make reservations for groups of young adults (under 25)and or large gatherings as you would be turned away with no refund. Full Stringer has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior andreserves the right to deny a reservation at any time if we feel our properties are at risk.
2-Night Minimum Stay Required / 3-Night Minimum Stay for Holidays
Peak Season: 3/1 thru 10/31 / Off Season: 11/1 thru 2/28
A $300 deposit ($600 for "The Lodge") is required at the time of booking, and is non-refundable if a cancellation occurs at any time. The deposit IS NOT applied to the balance due. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your departure if there are no deductions based on the policies.
A $75 Cleaning Fee, 6% Hotel Tax and a 4% Admin Fee are Applied on All Rentals
The balance due will be charged to the credit card on file 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. We do not take payments from anyone other than the person who made the reservation, nor do we take partial payments. There is a fee for multiple credit cards.

No early check-in or late check-out scheduled without prior approval of Full Stringer Rentals.
During summer months we cannot schedule ahead knowing we could have last minute rentals. Memorial Day to Labor Day we will not honor early check-in or late check-out.
No, you should not expect compensation or relocation because you do not like the property or a particular amenity is not operating to your satisfaction. We do not operate in the same way that a hotel does; therefore, we cannot relocate you without proper approval from the home- owner. We will make every effort to ensure that the property is to your satisfaction, and we will take corrective action for any problems encountered in a timely manner but no refunds should be expected. 30 day notice in writing and received in the offices of Full Stringer Rentals via e-mail or postal mail prior to the arrival date is required for cancellation from the Responsible Party. Full Stringer Rentals is not responsible for weather conditions or personal illnesses or injuries. No refunds on cancellations unless a mandatory evacuation occurs in Matagorda. Below is the schedule of penalties for cancellations:
All Cancellations: 100% of Deposit
Cancellation Less Than 15 Days before Arrival Date: 100% of TOTAL RENT PAID
All payments are due 15 days prior to arrival date. Credit card payments are charged 15 days prior to arrival date. Any checks will be due 30 days prior to arrival date in the office of Full Stringer Rentals.
Cancellation Less Than 16-30 Days before Arrival Date: 50% of TOTAL RENT PAID
Linens and towels are provided. A minimal supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided only to get you started. You can view the Renter’s Checklist
