DESCRIPTION
Beautifully decorated cozy condo on the dunes of Matagorda Beach. This is a duplex condo and both are available for family gatherings or vacations. Located in a well established gated community with easy access to the beach over the dunes or a drive down the public access road to beautiful Matagorda Beach. The condo has a deck overlooking the pool area with palm trees and the beach on the horizon. Enjoy the sunrise from one side and the sunset from the other.

After entering Matagorda from Hwy 60, continue until you reach the stop sign at FM 2031. Turn left and continue on FM 2031 for 5.9 miles to Beach Road Access . Turn left on Beach Road Access about .3 miles and take the road on the right to the access gates. Once you pass through the gates, follow the road to the left. Go over speed bumps and turn right at first road. First duplex unit after walk way entrance to the pool on left side.
