All monthly rates will be charged electricity. Everything you need on-site for a wonderful coastal vacation with an on-site swimming pool (for rental guests only), outdoor lounge, 2 pavilions, BBQ pits, covered seating, stocked fishing pond (catch & release only) and much more.
Located 3 miles north of Matagorda Harbor, 10 miles from Matagorda Beach, 10 minute drive to STP and 20 minute drive to Bay City.
